The people who live next to me.
A neighbor can be a couple of things, like: Someone who lives next to you, and people who you help out that are not your neighbor, like on the veggietales "Love your Neighbor."

My neighbors are Breana, Kayla, Luke, and well, Keene is so small it could be one neighborhood so that's a lot of people.
My neighbor is anyone that I am suppose to help! Oh, I don't talk to my actual neighbors so, therefore, I have no idea who they are. lol

30In reply Jesus said: "A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he fell into the hands of robbers. 'Look after him,' he said, 'and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.'
36"Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?"
37The expert in the law replied, "The one who had mercy on him."
Jesus told him, "Go and do likewise."
Luke 10:30-37
According to this, anyone is our neighbor, not just our next door neighbors.
A 'neighbor' can be anybody. When Jesus said, 'Love your neighbor' he meant love everybody.
Your neighbor can be a couple things. Today it could mean someone who lives near you or in the bible it can mean everyone.
The people of the world is our neighbors.
I guess everyone on earth.
