I eat mostly healthy foods and I don't like sodas and chips that well, either. I read my Bible and pray in the morning, and I try to only read and listen to good things.
Since I'm in sports so I try to drink alot of water and stay active. Every morning and night I'm trying read my bible and eat healthier. Oh and I've been eating an apple and banana everyday.
Well I really like healthy food so I think that's a benefit for me. I also like reading the bible, but I like it when I'm at a bible study or soomething where it's explained into great detail. I also really like sports... Like really:]. And I drink a good amount of water.
Well, I usually exercise with my brother outside or I get out and do yard work (even though I'm a girl!) while it's sunny so my body can soak up vitamin D!!! I also like eating fruits and vegetables, I feel healthy and it's delicious. But to keep my mid healthy and focused, my family worships every single night (I'm not kidding) and we usually talk and converse about the lesson.
One habit that I have is that I love to eat fruits which can lead to a healthy body. A habit that would give me a healthy mind is that I enjoy going outside and playing outside which gives oxygen to my brain.

The one about determination but mine isn't real strong, like my mind wants to do it, but my body's too weak aka lazy.
I have a habit of drinking water or milk sometimes juice but yummy jucie.
