How could Jesus' labor in His home and in the carpenter shop be called a part of His work for God?

It was because He was witnessing in His own home and town.
His actions probably showed people He was good.
Because he was able to God to others through his work!
He did what most normal people did.
He can always show others that he does everything for the glory of God, and to the best of his ability.
In His home it showed that he was obedient, helpful, and a hard worker doing all he can do to the best of his abilities. And at the shop he used his talents to help his Father show his great love and goodness....
I agree with SuperGirl101. He was witnessing His own home and the town.
By when people came by His shop he could have told them about God and in His home He was nice to everyone.
Because he was showing everyone do your best, word hard, and mind your parents.
I think it could because it was showing how he wasn't too good to serve anyone else and to show us that we can witness wherever we are and we dnt have to go be a missionary to witness we can do it at home and school.
He could tell people about God.

He was strengthening His physical appearance as well as His spritual appearance.

He maybe had a lot of exprince from working with wood and tools so he could have used examples like that or just leadind an normal everyday life while being the son of the Creator
I think it was because he was preparing himself for his ministry. He was honoring his father and mother, and he was finding out what his job on earth was (when he went to the temple).
I agree with conversegirl11. To show that you can be a witness for God anywhere, and anybody can be a witness if they want to.
He could do it by His attitude and by testifying for God while He was working.
He could show that Jesus the son of God wasn't like a warrior or a big awesome person, but like one of us. So he did the work of normal people to be a witness for what and who he is.
He could have been witnessing to other people about His Father.

Because that was his job. God says that in order to properly praise him, we must do everything with a cheerful heart, because we are doing it for him.
To show people that was like other people and that He has job too.
Well people could see what beautiful things he maid with his hand so they could know tht he maid even better things.

Because it shows a normal duty can represent somthing great!
He's Jesus! What do you expect?? He can do anything!

That he was kind and gentle.
i think that maby it made his chactor on earth and maby it was teaching him to work for God
