It is written in different translations so that other people can understand it better.

I agree with Awsomemest_101. So people can read it and understand God's word's in the Bible.

so other people could understand.

I think new ones are being made so different people can read it in their own languages. Another reason might be to get it closer to the frist writtings or to put it in more of a modern language.

So it is easier to understand, and for people around the world to read Gods Word

So that people who still don't have the Bible In their language can be able to read it.

To help kids and people who dont speak our language understand it.

Some people can't understand other versions, like blind people. This way, they need braille Bibles to read and understand it instead of just hearing it from other people.

New translations are being made so that people who can't understand the old way(s) of speaking (thee's and thou's etc.) and so kids can read and understand the simpler words.

So more people can understand the Bible more.

Skittles212 said...

Translation of the Bible is still being made today because people from other places may not know the language that we know and they can have one that they can read, know and otherstand.

goldmedalbaby said...

So more people can understand it. But there are some people who are changing things in the bible to trick people into believing lies.

So everyone around the world can know God.

because some people speak different languages and they want to spread the word about god

I think new versions of the Bible are being made because the new versions are put in simpler language so that others can understand.

So the younger generations can understand them better. I love The Message Remix its for young people like us. Its alot more understanding then the regular Bible.

conversegirl11 said...

I think the reason different versions are still being made today is because maybe different versions apply to this generation and are made to help us understand God's word better.

So that people can understand the bible and for people that don't speak our languages!

The reason there are new translations of the Bible coming out is because it is put in a form that is not so boring to read i have a picture bible, a bible that is in comic book form, unfourtunatly it skipped the story of Job, and tiny details.

meowmeow13 said...

Well bibles are still being made today so that everybody can understand it and the world to know about God.

SuperGirl101 said...

New Translations are being made so that people of different languages can read the Bible, and so that those of th English language that are young may read the Bible easier.

M&M214 said...

They translate it cause they know that there are still people there that don't have any idea of what the person in the bible is saying.

doctajc12 said...

I think that they're still making new translations so that people in other countries that speak different languages can have a chance to read the Bible. Also so people might be able to understand it better.

Semi_hippie123 said...

The reason why i think they still do is because, like we said in class other people understand different things.

Bookworm101 said...

Because as the way we talk changes they have need to make a new translations so we can understand easier. And they also translate it to different languages, into Braille, and audio tapes for people from other countries, blind people, and people who are lazy and don't like to read.

pandapple said...

They are still making new versions of the Bible today because there are so many diferent languages in the world and they need to spread Gods word in their language so they can understand.

blank 183 said...

So other people can understand it.

Generations, people, and culture are continually changing. The world is so diverse today, people want to make sure the Bible reaches everyone, not just one group of people.

red580 said...

so people can understand it better then before.

jensen96 said...

Different words that are in older versions of the Bible sound like gibberish to some of the people in our world this day in age. So people keep making different versions so that it will make sense to everybody.

Fox Rider12 said...

Because people and the way they talk and translate things change so the bible changes with them.

converse13 said...

New translations are made because differnet people have different perspectives of things and so everyone can understand the Bible.
